Atari Music, almost titled VCS (Very Cool Songs), is a collection of short instrumental musical loops created entirely with JamLoopy, running on a real Atari 2600 console.

The Atari 2600 (first released in 1977) is an interesting piece of hardware when it comes to sound. It was never intended to have musical capabilities, so many of the notes don't conform to the standard 12-note scale. This makes it a fun challenge to try and compose music.

I'm an instrument player. I have almost no experience making electronic music, so Bentley Bear with me here. Nevertheless, this was a fun experience, especially because of the Atari's audio limitations.
